How Safe is My Data?
AlfaRichi use state-of-the-art computer servers in data centres with 24 hour Manned Security, and on site Network Operations Centre (NOC). There are hourly data backups and daily copies of data to other data centres.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Software is provided as a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month in advance. If you cancel, you will not be billed again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Send a request to the support portal and the plan will be changed within 1 working day and the new charges will apply from the next payment period.
What types of payment are offered?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. For this service we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P. O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Which web browsers work with AlfaLine software?
Google chrome web browser should be used
On what hardware can I run the point of sale software?
Any windows based PC or PC-based touch terminal (software can be downloaded after subscribing to a monthly plan).
