How these things work together
All hardware chosen comes with the same software (called AlfaPoint) and the look and feel is the same on all devices.
All of them send sales and stock transactions securely, and all information is available from the internet in real time. If some device is temporary disconnected from internet it will continue to operate and process sales and information will be uploaded to the server as soon as the device is back online.
The key factor is that information from all types of activity (mobile sales, shops, concessions and wholesale) is channelled into the same place — all product information is collated to the same system.
The data can be seen and analysed anywhere using a web browser
